Spending money unwisely is very unChristian. Too much smoking, too much drinking, whoremongering - the list is endless.
But if you parked illegally specially if you happen to have morally valid reasons, then such act is not evil. I t could be illegal but not immoral.
However still you have to pay the price. Pay the parking ticket. Don't break your heart, the money will be used for a cause. It will not be wasted.
Christians should never despair over lost money in parking tickets. It's chartiy. It's Christianlike.
