For example is the Christian blogger is blogging just for the sake of earning money or his primary intention is to share something worth writing for. And then one can also ask the question whether what do he or she intend to do with the money. If she is doing it for something good then it is good, i.e. earning from blogging is okay. But on the other hand if he intend to use the money for something evil, like financing his vices such as smoking or drinking, then in this respect it could be considered bad.

To sum up, it all depends on the circumstances surrounding the Christian blogger. Money is not evil, using it on evil things is what make it evil.
