A single prayer can make a difference. Yet a powerful prayer is an affirmation, an affirmation to the lord that he has already granted our request. Even in catholic prayers shows prayers of affirmation. For example. “Give us today our daily bread and forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sins amongst us”. An experiment was conducted to hospital patients. They were prayed over by group of Catholics and Protestants but neither the nurses nor the doctors were aware of it. The results were striking. The patients who were prayed over improved compare to the patients who were not prayed for. But the patients who improved the most were the ones who were prayed over with an affirmation.our prayer might be our powerful weapon against our endeavors. Yet to make it more powerful lets make it a prayer of affirmation.
