Ten Reasons Why Judas should be in Heaven

Did Judas go to hell or in heaven?

There are so much injustice done to Judas. It is about time for us to change this error. Here are ten reasons why Judas should be in heaven.

1. Judas passed the test; he was one of the twelve. He is therefore willing to sell everything he owns, doesn’t mind not attending his parents funeral, or sleeping anywhere when the evening comes.

2. Benefit of the doubt. No one really knew what his real motive in betraying Jesus was. If he wanted him dead why did he commit suicide?

3. If the beliefs of those misguided are true, i.e. crucifixion was absolutely necessary for our salvation, then Judas is a hero for without him there could be no crucifixion.

4. He was not actually happy of what he did, hence he committed suicide.
5. He must be repentant of his actions otherwise he should be rejoicing when Jesus was crucified.

6. He was created in God’s image and likeness. Where else could one be if he is God’s image and likeness.

7. God loves him unconditionally. Jesus prepares a mansion for the twelve and that includes Judas Iscariot.

8. God always say “I forgive.”

9. His suicide could be his way of saying, “I’m sorry.”

10. If in the hour of death a person is sorry for his sins then he is saved. Again if he was regretful and contrite of what he had done he should have not killed himself.

  1. Hi , I totally agree with you . Just like the simbolic 'serpent' descripted in Genesis and snakes became victims for all times, same goes for Judas, for without him, NOTHING would have happened. Jesus and the Father knew the salvation plan, and Judas was the essential factor to realize this plan. We love you Judas.

  2. I think that Jesus Felt bad for Judas. He said better that you had never been born. He also refers to Judas as the one who was lost. Why would Jesus refer to Him as lost if he was still on good standing, so to speak? The difference is, I think, Is that just like Peter turned away from Jesus, Peter grieved, he stayed and claimed his sin, he took and accepted forgiveness. Same with Paul. Paul was killing Jesus. That is what was said when he was stuck from his horse. He killed alot of people but he claimed his sin. He accepted forgivness and he and Peter changed and proclaimed loudly and boldly there after that he was the Christ! Judas didn't.

  3. i admire the ompassion you have for every one. but it seems you do not read your bible. all your reasonings are based on logic which is correct. but the truth is the case of judas is CLEARLY STATED in your bible only if you will try to look again. thats the very style of those who teach error. God can not be explained by simple and pure logic. the bible is the word of God. God's word is spiritual, they are discerned spiritually not logically. if you really believe in God you must also believe what he says. if he says this is the trurh, then it can not be false for God does not lie. God is the God of truth. my friend read your bible again. this time ask for God's grace and understanding as you read. God bless! - Braveheart from Phillippines

  4. Yes, I read the Bible and read it critically. The authors of the Gospels were humans and not supermen who wrote something that happened many years before its actual writing.

  5. For that he was not born - in such context, how can Jesus save without Judas betrayal. Perhaps there is something deeper in those verses.
