A Christian Blog on Mama Mia

Does it matter to know who your biological father is? Jesus has none but we all knew that St. Joseph took good care of him as his own flesh and blood.

Some of us are lucky to grow with our father (biological) to be always around, guiding us, playing with us, as our all around handy man and a buddy to lean on that you can count on always. Sadly, some never knew who their real father is, but in place of their father is a step father. So what's the big deal? Does it really matter to know or find your real father when you got a 'real' father. If Jesus has done his mission successfully and so you will.

But of course knowing your biological father will be very helpful in terms of your emotional well being. It will answer many questions and give you a sense of identity and connectedness. However in Christian context this is not necessarily important. You can still live a life to the full even without knowing who your biological father is.

Mama mia the movie is about a young lady (Sophie) who did not know if who her biological father was but she found out that three men could be one of them. Hoping that she could find out when she meets them she invited them all to her wedding.

And so, who do you think is Sophies'real father?
