Crucifxion

Jesus saved us by dying on the cross.

Therefore if he was not crucified then we were not saved.

Hence if the people chose Jesus instead of Barabas then we were not saved. (Thanks to those blood thirsty Jews.)

If Pilate did not listen to the people and exonerate Jesus from the alleged blasphemy then we were not saved. (Oh how sweet of you Pilate.)

If Judas did not betray Jesus then there was no crucifixion. (St. Judas pray for us.)

While it’s true that Jesus death and resurrection had saved us but the belief that He has to die on the cross in order to save us is simply rubbish.) Otherwise we partly owed our salvation to Pilate, Judas and the rest of the Gang.

  1. When are we to stop spreading false propaganda about Jesus's crucifixion?

Jesus, of all prophets, did not die a physical death, but was elevated to the Heavens. Therefore, the man crucified on the cross was somebody made to look like Jesus. Therefore, Jesus will not resurrect, but descend from Heaven.

Want a shocking scoop? He will descend in a mosque in Syria.

So, when are we going to stop deluding ourselves into thinking that Jesus's "death" on the cross was a license for us to do whatever we fancied? I see people fornicate and get wasted all week long, then clean up on a Sunday and go stand like a figurine in church.

We're not perfect, but we can aim for decency, can't we?

Very nice blog, by the way. Especially this very post of yours that I find unique and groundbreaking! It takes logical people like yourself to shed the light on truths that have been buried for ever.

    Rock on!
